This book is a fairly light read and is presented in a question\nand answer interview style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you haven\u2019t picked up a book in a while (be honest), I\u2019d\nprobably go with this one first. Not necessarily because it\u2019s \u201cthe best\u201d, but\nbecause it\u2019s so easy to digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you prefer to listen, there is an audible version<\/a> that is available for free I believe (if you don\u2019t yet have an audible account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A truly captivating read written by Abelardo Guerrero Jr.,\nwhom after \u201cwalking and talking\u201d with Dr. Sebi during his lecture circuit and\nelsewhere has been rewarded with some amazing insight into his life and\nthoughts on health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

This book shares everything \u2013 how Dr. Sebi went about seeking healing for himself, where he traveled, who he turned to and how he discovered his ultimate purpose as \u201cthe messenger\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Along with Seven Days in Usha Village, I\u2019d highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to get more of an idea of who Dr. Sebi was, what he believed and the types of things he discussed with students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alkaline Herbal Medicine: Reverse Disease and Heal the Electric Body<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If you\u2019re looking for practical knowledge on how to follow\nan alkaline vegan diet as well as the herbs Dr. Sebi used and their healing\nproperties, this is probably one of the best books out there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Written by Aqiyl Aniys, who for the betterment of his own health adopted a diet based on Dr. Sebi\u2019s teachings. He has since gone on to publish three books and instruct countless others on the benefits of an alkaline vegan diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mucusless Diet Healing System<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Professor Arnold Ehret was a German philosopher, naturopath\nand alternative health educator born in 1866.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is most famous for developing the Mucusless Diet Healing\nSystem (this book). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The system and the opinions expressed by Prof. Ehret have a\nlot in common with the teachings of Dr. Sebi, especially surrounding the\nunderlying cause of disease (where mucus-forming foods are concerned), the\ncolon as well as Ehret\u2019s views on fasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Please note<\/strong> that while there are similarities that can be drawn between this system and Dr. Sebi\u2019s teachings, there are also differences… The foods that are permitted and recommended by Ehret, for example, are not on the approved food list set by Dr. Sebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That said, the book is an interesting read and considering\nthat it was written over 100 years ago, it\u2019s clear that Prof. Ehret was way\nahead of his time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since being published shortly after Ehret\u2019s suspicious death at the age of 56, The Mucusless Diet Healing System has gone on to inspire countless others into researching and building on Prof. Ehret\u2019s body of work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
