Alkaline Lifestyle Planner

A Notion workspace for eating to Dr. Sebi's approved food list — the food list, 60+ recipes built from it, a herb reference, and a weekly planner that ties them together.

Schedule meals and herbs onto the week and the shopping list fills itself. A daily log tracks what you actually ate. Works on a free Notion account; duplicate it in one click.

What's in it

The approved food list

All 112 foods from the official nutritional guide — searchable, each with its mineral and vitamin notes.

Recipes

60+ recipes built only from approved foods, each with a photo, ingredients, and steps. Tagged so you can filter by what you've got in.

Weekly planner

Drop meals, herbs, and daily actions onto days and time slots. The week stops living in your head.

A shopping list that builds itself

Schedule your recipes and their ingredients collect into one list — minus whatever you've marked as already in the cupboard.

Daily log

One tap records what you actually ate that day — a full recipe, or a single food or herb.

Herb reference

29 herbs with preparation notes, cautions, and a supplier link for each — schedulable into the weekly plan alongside meals.

Lifestyle actions

The non-food practices — hydration, movement, sun, rest — as a list you drop into the week alongside meals and herbs.

Free vs Pro

Pro is the whole workspace — the recipes, the weekly planner, the shopping list, the tracking. The free version is the reference half: the food list and the herb list, usable on their own if that's all you need for now.

Questions

Do I need a paid Notion account?

No. It works on Notion's free plan. You duplicate it into your own workspace with one click.

I already use the food list on the website. Why this?

The website is for looking one thing up. The free template is the same list plus the herb reference in a workspace you can build on and come back to. Pro adds the recipes, the calendar, and the shopping list on top of that.

How do I get it?

The free version is a link that duplicates the template straight into your Notion account — no signup. Pro is a one-time purchase through Gumroad ($20 during launch week, $29 after); you get the duplicate link right after checkout.

Is this an official Dr. Sebi product?

No. Sebi Guide is an independent educational site, not affiliated with Dr. Sebi, his family, his office, or DrSebisCellFood.com. The food list follows the official nutritional guide; everything else is our own work.
