Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix chickpea flour with water and sea salt into a smooth batter.
  2. Let the batter rest briefly.
  3. Pour into a hot pan in a thin layer.
  4. Cook until the flatbread sets.
  5. Flip and cook the second side.
