Ingredients

  • Spelt flour
  • Sea salt

Method

  1. Mix spelt flour, water, and sea salt into a soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Divide into small pieces and roll each one thin.
  4. Cook each flatbread on a hot pan.
  5. Flip when bubbles form and cook until puffed and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm.
